British Values

Westerton Primary Academy places a high value on diversity and inclusion of all background and characteristic of all students and their families. Our school values of the Six C's promote the Fundemental British Values of, Tolerance, Respect, Liberty, Democracy & Rule of Law. 

Assemblies followed a thematic plan that celebrate and raise awareness of different aspects of inclusion and diversity to ensure that all students are spiritually, morally, culturally and socially developing.

The PSHE and RE curriculum explore a diverse range of faiths and culture to promote a wider understanding of Christianity as the traditional Great British religion that co-exists alongside other faiths and non-faith (secular worldviews).

Supplimenting this knowledge is our Preventative Curriculum that enables extended exploration of Fundemental Values and explores local, national and international challenges faces citizens of today.
